SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE II 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes, drained
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. sweet milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased baking dish. Cover with topping.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 stick melted butter

Mix thoroughly and sprinkle over souffle. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
