ST. PATRICK'S DAY CUPCAKE | |
1 3/4 c. flour 1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix 3/4 c. chocolate chips 2/3 c. sugar 2 beaten eggs 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 1/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. cooking oil 1 tsp. vanilla Grease muffin cups or line with paper cups. In large bowl mix flour, pudding mix, chocolate pieces, sugar, baking powder and salt. In small bowl combine eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Stir into flour mixture just until combined. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool. Frost with cream cheese icing. |
