COCONUT BROWNIES 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 c. coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs until light in color and foamy. Add sugar gradually and continue mixing until well creamed. Add cocoa, oil and vanilla; mix well. Add flour with mixing. Finally, gently mix in coconut. Bake in a greased 9x13-inch pan about 25 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting.
