1 box white cake mix
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. strawberries with juice
4 egg whites
1/2 c. cold water
1/3 c. cooking oil

Combine all ingredients in bowl and beat 3 minutes. Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan for 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 lb. powdered sugar
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
3 drops red food coloring
