FOIL WRAPPED ROAST | |
Chuck roast (3 lb. or so) 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1/2 pkg. dry mushroom soup mix 6 tbsp. water or 1/2 c. water for more gravy Seal tightly in foil. Place on cookie sheet or small roaster pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours, don't hurry. Can put meat in frozen, but allow for cooking time. |
