BEEF IN FOIL 
1 or 2 lb. beef chuck roast
2 med. potatoes, peeled and quartered
2 carrots, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 rib celery, sliced
1 can Tomato Bisque soup
1/2 c. white wine
1/2 soup can water
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Line cookie sheet with large piece of heavy duty foil. Place meat in center of foil and surround with vegetables. Sprinkle with dry soup mix; mix tomato soup, wine and water and pour over meat. Seal well.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees and cook for 2 hours. Lower heat to 300 degrees and cook another hour.
