MICROWAVE NO FOIL FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 jar (10 oz.) marshmallow creme
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter and milk in large glass mixing bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook on roast 10 minutes. Stir and cook on roast 5 or 6 more minutes or until it forms a soft ball in water. Stir in chips until melted. Fold in marshmallow creme, nuts and vanilla. Pour into a buttered 13 x 9 inch pan. Chill and cut.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
