CHEESY BISCUIT - TOPPED CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (1 3/4 oz.) pkg. chili seasoning mix
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans, undrained
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. chopped green pepper, if desired
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine ground beef, tomato sauce, seasoning mix, and beans in ungreased 2-quart casserole. Mix remaining ingredients except cheese; beat 30 strokes.

Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto chili. Bake uncovered until biscuits are golden brown, about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; bake until cheese is melted, about 3 minutes longer. Yield: 4-6 servings.
