3 c. cornmeal (white)
3 whole eggs
3 tbsp. sugar
1 c. cream style corn
2 1/2 c. milk
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. coarsely grated cheese
1 tbsp. cooking oil
6 oz. jalapeno peppers, chopped
6 slices fried bacon, crumbled

Combine ingredients well. Bake in oiled 9x13 pan approximately 25 minutes in 400 degree oven.
