CARAMEL APPLE DIP 
Sliced Granny Smith apples
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Cool Whip
1/3 c. brown sugar

Cream the above and spread in pie plate on platter. Refrigerate overnight. Pour Mrs. Richardson's Butterscotch Caramel Fudge Topping over top. Top with chopped dry roasted peanuts.
