ZUCCHINI WITH CORN AND PEPPERS 
3 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 lbs. zucchini (sliced)
10 oz. corn
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can tomatoes, drained
Salt and pepper to taste

In wide frying pan melt butter. Add other ingredients. Cook until most of liquid is gone and vegetables are tender.
