JELLO CAKE 
2 c. water
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 egg (beat first)
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. (lg.) Jello
1 pkg. mini marshmallows
1 lg. angel food cake
1 tub Cool Whip

Mix first 5 ingredients in large pan. Bring to a boil until thick. Add Jello and dissolve well. Cut cake into small pieces and line oblong pan with half cake and half marshmallows. Pour 1/2 filling over that. Make another layer of cake and marshmallows and pour the rest of the filling. Chill. Top with Cool Whip.
