LEMON BARS 
2 c. flour
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix well and pack into a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

4 eggs
Pinch of salt
2 c. granulated sugar
6 tbsp. lemon juice

4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Pour topping over crust and bake an additional 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. When cool, cut into bars.
