LEMON BARS 
4 c. flour
2 lbs. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
16 eggs
8 c. granulated sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon
1 c. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix flour, butter and powdered sugar. Press into 2 full steamtable pans and 1/2 pan. Bake 20 minutes. Beat remaining ingredients until light and fluffy about 3 minutes. Pour over hot crust. Bake until no indentation remains when touched lightly in center, about 25 minutes. Cool 20 minutes to 30 minutes. Cut and serve. Cut full pans 5 x 9 1/2 inch pan or 5 x 4 inch. Makes 150 bars. Cut recipe in half for 75 bars.
