LEMON CHEESE BARS 
1 pudding lemon cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg

Mix dry cake mix with 1 egg, 1/3 cup oil until crumbly. (Reserve 1 cup.)

Put remaining mixture lightly in an ungreased 13x9 pan. Bake 15 minutes 350 degrees.

Beat cheese, sugar, juice and egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool. Cut into bars.
