CHEESY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (3 lb.) hen, boiled and deboned
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. jar pimientos, chopped
1 sm. can English peas
1 pkg. noodles, cooked

Mix all ingredients. Place in casserole bowl with Pam. Arrange 1 can of French fried onion rings on top. Grate cheese on top of onion rings. Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly.
