HOLIDAY FUDGE 
2 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine butter, milk, sugar and salt in saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil. Cook four to five minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in remaining ingredients. Stir vigorously one minute until marshmallows melt and blend.

Pour into buttered 8 inch square pan. Cook and cut into squares. Makes about 2 pounds.

NOTE: Fudge may be topped with crushed peppermint sticks, coconut or halved nutmeats.
