SNACK NUT MIX 
3/4 c. dark raisins
1/2 c. dates, chopped
1/2 c. cashew nuts
3/4 c. sunflower kernels
1 c. dry roasted peanuts, salted or unsalted

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl and store in airtight container in refrigerator. Makes about 1 pound.
