SPICED MIXED NUTS 
1 egg
1 tbsp. cold water
1 lb. pecans
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Butter a cookie sheet. In a mixing bowl, beat egg white with cold water until bubbly. Add nuts; mix lightly until evenly coated. In a separate bowl, stir together sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add nuts; toss until nuts are coated with sugar mixture. Arrange nuts evenly over prepared cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
