SOURDOUGH BISCUITS 
1 c. sourdough starter
1/3 c. oil
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt

Mix sourdough and oil. Sift together dry ingredients and stir into sourdough mixture, reserving a little of the flour. Knead the dough in this flour 6 - 8 times. Roll and cut. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 400 degrees.

To keep sourdough starter going add to it every couple of weeks or so: 1/4 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, and 1 cup milk. Stir and keep in refrigerator.
