WARM CHICKEN SPREAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. dry sherry, optional
1 tsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. finely chopped cooked chicken
2 tbsp. slivered almonds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese and Cheddar cheese, sour cream, onion, sherry, bouillon and garlic powder until smooth. Stir in chicken and almonds. Spread in 9 inch quiche dish or pie plate. Bake 20 minutes. Garnish as desired. Serve warm with crackers.
