EASY COCONUT DESSERT 
1 pkg. yellow or white pudding type cake mix
2 c. sour cream
2 c. sugar
2 pkgs. frozen coconut (or 2 sm. cans angel flaked coconut)

Before baking the cake mix, mix together: sour cream, coconut and sugar.

Mix and bake a package of yellow or white cake mix into 2 layers according to the package instructions. Cool. Split and add filling, covering top. Do not frost sides of cake. You should have four layers of cake; three of filling plus top of the cake covered.
