CHEESE POTATO SOUP 
6 c. potatoes, diced
1 onion
4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. parsley
3/4 c. chopped ham
1 c. Velveeta
Cauliflower - broccoli

Cook potatoes and onion in water and salt. When potatoes are done, add the rest and cook until cheese is melted. Steam vegetables before adding. Freezes well.
