BAKED CHOP SUEY 
1 1/2-2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. rice, uncooked

Mix and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. 1 can bean sprouts or chop suey vegetables and 1 can mushrooms plus liquid can be substituted for the can of water. Serve with chow mein noodles.
