CHEESY HASH BROWNS 
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated cheese
2 lb. hash browns
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. chopped onion
Salt & pepper

Melt 1/2 stick butter in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together all the above ingredients in a large bowl and spread in cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until bubbly. Ham chunks may be added.
