CHEESY HASH BROWNS 
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix all above ingredients. Place into greased 7 1/2 x 11 1/2 inch pan. Sprinkle with 2 cups of brad crumbs with 1/4 cup melted butter. Sprinkle lightly over entire dish with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
