ALBACORE FETTUCCINE 
4 c. broccoli florets or 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
1/2 lb. fettuccine
1 can (12 1/2 oz.) or 2 cans (6 1/8 oz.) Starkist Solid White Albacore in spring water, drained
1 c. low fat ricotta cheese
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. low fat milk
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasonings

1. Bring large pot of water to a boil. Cook broccoli until crisp-tender; remove with slotted spoon and place in serving bowl.

2. Add fettuccine to same pot of boiling water and cook until tender. Drain and add to broccoli. Mix in Starkist Albacore.

3. Combine remaining ingredients and cook in same pot, stirring until sauce is smooth and heated through. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Pour sauce over pasta mixture and toss. Makes 4-5 servings. Preparation and cook time: 25 minutes.
