ALBACORE FETTUCCINE 
4 c. broccoli or 10 oz. pkg. broccoli cuts
1/2 lb. fettuccine
1 can (12 1/2 oz.) or 2 cans (6 1/8 oz.) solid white tuna in water
1 c. low fat Ricotta cheese
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. low fat milk
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasonings

Boil broccoli in water until tender. Remove with slotted spoon and place in bowl.

Add fettuccine to same pot of boiling water. Cook until tender; drain. Add to broccoli. Mix in tuna.

Combine remaining ingredients. Cook in same pot, stirring until sauce is heated through. Add salt and pepper. Pour sauce over pasta mixture and toss.
