KOLACHES 
3 c. lukewarm milk (warm)
2 pkgs. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
8 c. flour
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. lard, melted

Beat egg yolks. Add sugar, salt, milk, lard, one cup of flour. Add yeast mixture and 2 more cups of flour. Add remaining flour. Grease pan, let dough rise until double. Make into balls, let rise 15 to 20 minutes. Fill with filling, let set 10 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
