TACO SALAD 
1 head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
1 lb. ground beef, browned, drained
1/2 c. taco sauce
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
Salt & freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp. ground cumin or cilantro
2 med. green onions, chopped
1 c. tomatoes, cubed
1 c. crushed tostada chips or lg. tostada shells

Place iceberg lettuce in salad bowl. Brown and drain ground beef; stir in taco sauce. Toss lettuce with oil until each piece glistens. Toss with vinegar, salt, pepper, ground cumin and chopped onions. Mix in cooked beef and tomatoes. Spoon into tostada shells or mix in tostada chips. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Makes 4 servings.
