4 eggs, separate yolks
1 tbsp. flour, plain
1 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 qt. sweet milk

Mix flour, cocoa, sugar and milk. Cook over low heat until thickens, then add slightly beaten egg yolks and cook until thickens. Put into baked pie shells. Top with whites of eggs, beaten with 2-3 tablespoons sugar until stiff. Brown about 5 minutes or so in top oven.
