ANGELA'S MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. blueberries or cranberries, washed, picked over and blotted on paper towels

Combine all ingredients except fruit. Stir with whisk. Carefully add fruit and mix. Fill 12 greased muffin cups and sprinkle top with sugar.

Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
