1 pkg. spice cake mix
4 egg whites
1 c. quick cooking oats (not instant or old fashioned)
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. raisins

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking sheets. Mix egg whites, cake mix, oats and oil on low speed of mixer until blended. Add raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto baking sheet.

Bake 7 to 9 minutes. Cool 1 minute on the baking sheet. Remove to cooling rack. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
