1 pkg. spice cake mix
4 egg whites
1 c. quick oats (not old fashioned or instant)
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. raisins

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake mix, egg whites, oats, oil in large bowl. Mix on low speed until blended. Stir in raisins. Drop with teaspoon onto baking sheet. Bake 7 to 9 minutes.
