BRUNCH TREAT 
9-12 slices bread, crust cut
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. bacon, fry crisp and crumble
6 eggs
3 c. milk or cream (half & half)
1/2 tsp. salt

Lay bread on bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Lay on cheeses, then cover with bacon. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pour over bread and cheeses. Garnish with mushrooms. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

This can be assembled the night before and baked just before serving.
