1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten

Mix ingredients together and let stand 5 minutes. Shape into small balls. Put on cookie sheet that has been sprayed lightly with vegetable spray. Flatten with a fork that has sugar on. Bake in oven in 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 36.
