HAM AND CHEESE QUICHE 
1 unbaked pie shell
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 c. grated ham
4 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk

Layer cheese, onion and ham in pie shell. Beat eggs and milk until smooth. Pour over first mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. 4 large servings or 6 small servings.
