CHEESE STRAWS 
1 lb. sharp cheese
3/4 c. vegetable oil
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cayenne

Sift flour, salt, soda and cayenne together. Grate cheese when it is at room temperature and cream with vegetable oil. Add flour mixture slowly. Press with desired shape you want. Cook in 300 degree oven until firm, not brown.
