MUSHI PORK OR CHICKEN 
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 lb. pork or chicken, cut in thin strips
1 clove garlic, crushed
Sm. sliver fresh ginger
1 tbsp. oil
1/8 tsp. sesame oil; optional
Soy sauce
Chinese 5 spice plum sauce
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
1/2 c. onion, diced
1/2 c. carrots, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. green onion, diced
Hoisin sauce or plum sauce

Brown meat in oil(s). Add garlic and ginger. Cook 1 minute. Add vegetables. Stir fry quickly, adding soy sauce, 5 spice, and plum sauce to taste. Vegetables should be tender-crisp.

Serve on warm tortillas, spread with Hoisin sauce or plum sauce. Sprinkle with slivered onions, roll up and enjoy.
