ORIENTAL SPARERIBS 
3-4 lbs. pork spareribs
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 clove minced garlic
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. catsup
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Parboil ribs and drain to remove excess fat. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, turning and basting every 15 minutes.
