ICE CREAM CAKE 
1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed in food processor
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream (square container)
1 jar caramel topping
Small container of Cool Whip

Pat crushed cookies in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. (Save some for top.) Slice ice cream in 1 inch slices. Arrange on top of cookies. Top with caramel sauce, then Cool Whip. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Freeze 3 hours.
