ICE CREAM CAKE 
1 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies (set 6 cookies aside)
1 stick butter
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
2 c. whipped topping
Chopped nuts

Crush cookies. Melt 1/2 stick butter and mix with crushed cookies. Press mixture on bottom of 9x13 inch pan to form layer. Press softened ice cream on top of cookie layer and put in freezer to harden.

Combine milk, 1/2 stick butter, sugar and chocolate. Heat and boil (about 10 minutes) until thick, stirring constantly. Let cool. Spread over ice cream. Top with whipped topping and nuts. Freeze until ready to serve. Garnish with cookies, set aside.
