HOT FUDGE ICE CREAM TOPPING 
1 square (1 oz.) unsweetened baking chocolate
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. evaporated milk

Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan, stirring constantly. Add sugar and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil. Let cool slightly before serving. Serves 4.
