TUSCAN STYLE BRUCHETTA 
small toast, about Melba toast size, but 1/4 inch thick
diced roma tomatoes, marinated in freshly pressed garlic
fresh basil
extra virgin olive oil
seasonings, to taste (parsley, oregano)

Prepare toast. Mix tomatoes and a small amount of oil drizzle olive oil over toast. Top off with tomato mixture.

Garnish with basil; add parsley and oregano to taste.

This is Tuscan style bruchetta.

Variation: Heat in oven if you prefer American style, melt cheese over the top.
