SHEPHERD'S PIE 
Cut 2 stalks celery
1 lb. hamburg
Celery seed
Parsley flakes
Salt
Mashed potatoes

Cook all together. Put some water in the pan. Keep adding so it doesn't get dry. Mash potatoes a little stiffer than preparing for the table.

Put hamburg in a casserole with juice. Put mashed potatoes over the top. Seal all around the sides. Put in oven to brown the potatoes.
