EASY PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1 can vegetarian vegetable soup
2 tbsp. chopped onions, optional
2 tbsp. chopped peppers, optional
1/4 c. water

Place chops in baking dish. Cover with soup and water. Add onions and peppers (optional) plus any leftover vegetables you have such as peas, kernel corn, lima beans, etc. Cover. Bake 350 degree oven 45 minutes. Turn chops over. If soup has dried up, add more soup or small can stewed tomatoes. With cover off bake another 15 minutes.
