HOLIDAY POTATOES 
1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. plus 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. butter, melted
Paprika for sprinkling

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together potatoes, 1 cup cheese, soups, sour cream and melted butter in large bowl. Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake one hour, until mixture is bubbly. Carefully remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and paprika. Bake for 10 minutes more. Serves about 10.
