WHIRLPOOL PUDDING | |
1 1/2 sticks butter 1 1/2 c. flour 3/4 c. nuts 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. confectioners' sugar 1 container Cool Whip 2 small pkg. vanilla or chocolate pudding 3 c. milk 1st layer: Mix butter, flour and nuts together. Press in baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. 2nd layer: Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip; spread over 1st layer when cooled. 3rd layer: Cook pudding with milk and spread over 2nd layer. You can use instant pudding if you are going to serve it right away. 4th layer: Spread remaining Cool Whip over top. Sprinkle with pecans or grated chocolate bar. This is optional. |
