SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lb. hot sausage
1 (4 oz.) chicken noodle mix with diced chicken meat (Lipton)
1/2 c. uncooked rice
4 1/4 c. water

Brown onions and sausage. Drain. In same pan, add soup mix, rice and water. Simmer for 7 minutes. Pour into a 2 quart greased (Pam) baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
