SCALLOPED POTATOES AND PORK
CHOPS
 
3-4 lb. potatoes, sliced
1-2 onions, sliced
6-8 pork chops
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. milk
2 c. water
3 heaping forksful of cornstarch

Layer potatoes, onions, and pork chops in large baking dish or pan. Mix cornstarch with milk until smooth. Pour over potatoes and chops. Add enough water to bring liquid level to within 2 inches of top of pan. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serves 6-8 people.
